After identifying the cause, an engineer re-deployed the hub using a working version of Helm.
What Didn’t Go So Well¶
2i2c were not aware of these failures until a community member alerted us manually.
2i2c had an incident item from a separate incident that was designed to catch stuck-pending pods. We had not yet actioned it.
